The story
"We spent 14 years doing IT for law firms, agencies, and solo operators across New York. We watched good people work nights and weekends because the tools they needed didn't exist — or were too expensive, too complex, or too risky to implement."
The tipping point was 2023. A solo attorney we worked with was spending six hours a week on intake emails, appointment scheduling, and follow-up reminders. She had no budget for an assistant. She had no time to build automation herself. She just needed someone to look at her workflow and build the thing.
We did. Then we did it for her colleague. Then we formalized the process into what IronThread is today: a repeatable, affordable AI assistant setup for the operators who need it most.
We're not a tech company playing small business. We're a small business that happens to be very good at AI.
Who we work with
Solopreneurs and small teams in New York City and remote — the operators who are excellent at their craft and buried under work they shouldn't have to do themselves.
How we work
Local-first
Your data stays on your hardware. We don't run AI on our servers — the assistant lives in your office or your cloud account. Nothing goes to OpenAI, Google, or anyone else without your explicit OK.
Transparent pricing
Three tiers. One price. No seat limits, no surprise overages, no "call us for enterprise pricing." You know what you're paying before you sign anything.
You own the workflow
We build it with you, train it on your business, and hand you the keys. If you want to move it, change it, or expand it — it's yours. No lock-in.
Built around your stack
Gmail, Notion, Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Linear — we plug into what you already use. The assistant becomes part of your existing operation, not another tool to manage.
Ongoing, not one-shot
We don't disappear after setup. Your business changes, your assistant changes with it. Updates, retraining, and new workflows are included in the care plan.
NYC-based, human-led
A real person answers the phone. A real person sets up your system. We know our clients by name — because there aren't so many that we can't.
